Be a Sponsor
There are many ways to sponsor a horse. We have several permanent residents here, such as Molly, that came to us as rescues, we also have many expenses when a horse first arrives at the rescue.
Most horses have not received their shots, need to be wormed, need hooves trimmed, teeth floated, etc. Some may require special feed to gain weight.
It's costs an average of $60 a month in hay per horse.
$10 for a bag of grain
$40 for the farrier to trim hooves
$35 for shots (7 in 1- includes West Nile)
$8-$12 for wormer
These are just the basics if there is nothing really physically wrong with the horse.
If you would like to be a sponsor you could give a monthly gift through Pay-Pal or you could give a one time donation for a specific need. Anything is greatly appreciated.
We are open to visitor every Tuesday from 10 am to 6:30 pm, as well as by appointment. We want you to see first hand how much your gift helps them. If you would like to pick one particular horse at the ranch to sponsor please let me know and we can arrange a visit and get that set up for you. We have many great horses that just needed a second chance to show how wonderful they are.
This is Blaze, you can see his story on the Success Stories page

This is Savannah. She was ran through the sale barn so heavy bred the poor thing could hardly fit.
She is now our oldest daughters best friend and her filly, Sierra, has a wonderful new home in Big Springs with a very bright future ahead of her.
